¿Cómo funciona en Colombia la educación desde casa?
El homeschooling en Colombia no está regulado actualmente. Según la Ley 115 de 1994, los establecimientos educativos deben contar con licencia de funcionamiento o reconocimiento oficial. Podemos decidir cómo educar a nuestros hijos y nos da la libertad de hacer homeschooling en Colombia.
¿Cómo certificar homeschooling?
Para obtener los certificados de primaria y secundaria, las mamás homeschoolers podemos acudir a las oficinas del INEA más cercanas a nuestra casa para asesorarnos o bien a continuación te explico de manera muy breve en qué consiste el proceso del INEA.
¿Qué dice el decreto 3011 de 1997?
por el cual se establecen normas para el ofrecimiento de la educación de adultos y se dictan otras disposiciones. Se regirá igualmente por las disposiciones que para el efecto dicten las entidades territoriales según sus competencias.
